Future OF India-China Relationship through Astrology (next 10 years)
The relationship between India and China has always been a mixture of cooperation and conflict.
While geopolitics offers one lens to see this, astrology gives us a deeper karmic understanding of how planetary movements shape the destiny of nations.
In this blog, I will try to analyse the India-China relationship through Vedic astrology for the coming 8 to 10 years.
China’s Communist Revolution Chart – 1-10-1949, 3:00 P.M., Beijing.
Capricorn Ascendant: Shows Disciplined, Hardworking, grounded people, but the Moon occupying the Ascendant shows emotionally insecure.
Rahu in 3rd: Border-expanding tendency in neighbouring countries.
Mars debilitated in the 7th cancer: It shows China can never be a trusted ally, as the 7th lord also occupying the ascendant is aspected by debilitated Mars. But if we see Russia’s chart, which I analysed in my other blog 7th house is super strong, which means Russia is loyal to its allies. Mars is also the 11th lord here and aspected by Rahu, so China’s ambition is limitless, and gain comes through very hard work.
Ascendant lord in 8th: It shows people of China had suffered a lot, but the 8th house also shows transformation.
Venus is in the 10th: Yogakaraka Venus shows a strong trade power image globally.
Current Mahadasha Mercury (2019-2036)
Mercury retrograde, combust in 9th with malefic Ketu. In this dasha, China can face diplomatic failure, and conflict can rise. You can see that COVID also started in China in 2019.
Mercury also sees intelligence, so China can take some unnecessary steps.
We can observe that after 2019, China has been losing its soft power.
India's Chart: 15-8-1947 12:00 A.M Delhi
I have discussed India's chart in my other blogs, so I will only mention a few points.
• India’s 3rd house shows a combust Venus and Saturn, as well as a 4 planet stellium, creating a strong neighbour theme but constant border tension.
• Rahu in the Ascendant shows India will always get some support from a powerful friend.
• Ketu in 7th: This shows India’s dilemma in partnership and treaty, but as Mars in 2nd shows India never backsstab its friends.
Is an India-China Alliance Possible?
• Possible, short-term trade alliances like BRICS, SCO, but not long-term friends or ally.
• As per my analysis, in India's upcoming Mars Maha Dasha, which will start from September 2025, conflict can rise, and this time it could be most severe.
Conclusion
Astrology shows that conflicts and alliances are both part of destiny, but true strength lies in how nations channel their energies towards peace and progress. The future of India-China relations, though marked by challenges, will ultimately depend on wisdom in leadership and the collective will of their people.
Note: Astrology provides insightful patterns, not absolute certainties. Interpret with care.
