Rains, Floods and the stars: How planetary transits mirror nature's fury in South Asia

 

As we witness the devastation unfolding in Kashmir (India) and parts of Pakistan, nature’s fury has once again taken a heavy toll. Hundreds of lives have been lost, many still missing, and entire villages stand submerged.

Let us try to decode this tragedy through the lens of the current planetary transit.

1)    Saturn In Pisces

Pisces is a watery sign and the 12th house of the Kalpurusha chart, which shows destruction. Now, Saturn also sees masses, so this placement can create mass destruction.

 

2)    Mars In Virgo (Opposition to Saturn)

Virgo is an earthy sign, and Saturn in Pisces is a watery sign, so both are in opposition can indicate water vs Earth clash.

Now Mars sees aggression, sudden accidents, and violent natural forces.

Mars entered Virgo on July 29, 2025, and an earthquake occurred in Russia.  We can also witness that disasters, landslides, floods, and accidents have increased because of Saturn (control) and Mars (eruption). Both are challenging each other, making it a major, deadly combination.

 

3)    Both Gurus Jupiter + Venus in Gemini aspected by Rahu.

Jupiter = jeeva karaka and

Venus =Jal tattva planet, in the Airy sign Gemini, aspected by malefic Rahu, creating sudden, uncontrollable weather, storms.

As per My Reading :

“Saturn in Pisces with Mars in direct opposition has created a karmic clash between earth elements, manifesting as floods and landslides, with Jupiter and Venus under Rahus' influence, natural protection is weakened, leading to massive human loss.”

 

Nature will do its work, and planets will follow their course. As humans, we must take the best safety measures for ourselves and our communities. May Mother Nature bless and protect us all.
